Donation Protection Terms And Conditions

All forms of Donation(Including Treats) are non-refundable.

You acknowledge that in most cases you are donating to another individual.

As for Treats, recalling as already placed order is time-sensitive, and in most cases orders are instant and irreversible. If you order a pizza for a streamer and they have received it, there isn't much we can do about it. Most treats are for someone else and are considered a gift or donation. If any issues present itself with the fulfillment of treats, please contact support@treatstream.com before anything to get to a solution.
